Petite Pearl Rose'

This hybrid grape variety greets you as you drive up the driveway to Cold Country's Tasting Room. The grapes were hand-harvested in late October and de-stemmed and crushed. Only the free-run juice was extracted before it was fermented using select yeast. The result is a lush, medium-bodied dry red that is bursting with mouth-watering fruit and a refreshing finish.
